Shop FAQ's

What are my shipping options?

Canada

I offer letter mail for small orders to keep it affordable for you! Letter mail is NOT TRACKED and has the risk of becoming lost or stolen. I do not refund lost or stolen letter mail orders as I cannot track them, so please consider tracked shipping if you are worried :) Please read the Shipping Policy to fully understand the risks associated with un-tracked letter mail.

Sticker Letter mail* $1.50

Oversized Letter mail* $2.50-3.50

Canada Tracked Parcel - Rates are automatically calculated at checkout. A Tracking number is e-mailed once the order has been shipped.

United States

$8 - 12 USD, Tracking Included, 3-14 business days for shipping

US orders are shipped using Chit Chats. I offer a flat rate shipping option for US orders depending on the weight of your package. If your shipping ends up being less than the flat rate, I will refund the difference for you!

International Orders

Unfortunately not available at the moment, but this little acorn is working hard to get it running!

*Please consider tracked shipping to greatly reduce the risk of your order getting lost in the mail, or if you need your items by a certain date. Weather and busy holiday seasons may also affect delivery times and make them unpredictable. Please read the Shipping Policy to fully understand the risks associated with un-tracked letter mail.

When will my order be shipped?

**Processing times are seperate from shipping estimate times.

Please allow 2-14 business days for your order to be processed for shipping (excluding weekends and holidays). RonnieSzo.Art is a small shop run by one person and one set of hands - and many products are handmade and made-to-order. Know that each order is made and packaged with love and care! Once packaged, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Do you accept returns?

I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations as I am a very small shop. However, if there is an issue with your order, please e-mail info.RonnieSzoArt@gmail.com with your name and order number and I will be happy to see what I can do :)

I accidently input the wrong address... what do I do?

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed.

Please check to ensure you put your correct address before submitting your order. In some cases, I may be able to change the address manually if I am notified within 24 hours of placing the order.

If it gets returned to me, I will have to ask that you repay for the shipping cost as I am a small shop and cannot afford to eat shipping costs :( Otherwise, you will be refunded the order amount minus the shipping cost. Thank you for your understanding!

How is my order packaged?

Sustainability is very important to me and I try to reduce packaging waste where I can!

These some of the materials I may use in your package:

  • Eco-friendly, FSC certified tissue paper
  • Recycled or reused kraft envelopes or boxes
  • Biodegradable kraft tape or washi tape
  • Paper based, eco friendly stickers
  • Plant based and compostable "plastic" sleeves for greeting cards and prints

Did I miss your question?

Please send an e-mail over to info.RonnieSzoArt@gmail.com and I will happily answer to the best of my ability! Please do not DM me about questions about your specific order as it will get lost - please e-mail instead!

Please read the following Shipping Policies and Return Policy here.

By placing an order, you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions above.

Other FAQ's

Do you take commissions?

Sorry - I don't! I put my all into commissions and they often take out of me more than what I get back :( I have been toying with the idea of offering limited holiday commissions... but nothing as of yet!

Can you draw my children's book idea?

Unfortunately no - I don't take on self-published projects.

Have you written and illustrated a children's book?

Yes... and no! For my senior project in art school, I fully wrote and illustrated a children's book from an idea I've had for a while. You may have heard of it if you've been following me - "Sofia's Weird Feeling." I am still working on the bits and pieces of it as well as a few more book ideas, but one day I will get it published ;) !

When can I expect your first published children's book?

Hopefully soon ;) In all seriousness - I consider myself a multi-passionate person and have a LOT of goals that I aspire to! Such as becoming a motivational speaker, creating my own clothing line and getting serious about rock climbing... I should probably focus on only a few goals at once, but I like keeping things interesting :)

Do you have an agent?

Not yet, but one day I hope to have one when my portfolio is more rounded-out!

What materials do you use for your work?

I work both traditionally and digitally - and love both as I find they inform each other!

When painting traditionally, I use a mix of Winsor and Newton Designer's
gouache, Daniel Smith watercolours and Faber Castell pencil crayons on arches
hot press paper. I LOVE the way that pencil crayon moves across gouache! A
recent addition to my materials are Caran D'Ache Neocolor II - they're so fun
to play with!

Digitally, I prefer to use my iPad with Procreate. My favourite brushes can
be found on True Grit Texture Supply and MaxPacks.com! TrueGrit has a free sample
pack which I also love. I have many favourite brushes, and recommend you have
fun and experiment to find the ones that speak to you :)
