Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Drop-Off Times

Orders are processed within 2-5 days of order received.

Orders are dropped off at the post office Monday and Thursday of each week. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update, if tracking was purchased.

Lost Mail

If a package is lost in the mail, it is the customers responsibility to contact their post office. If a package is lost or stolen, you must file a report with your local post office before contacting us and send proof of the report. Replacement of stolen or lost packages is judged on a case-to-case basis. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders.

Incorrect Address

If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, RonnieSzo Art is not liable to replace the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing address.

Returned Packages

Any and all "return to sender" packages that incur due to a faulty address, business closure, or undeliverable address are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees to reship. Shipping labels are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund upon return.

Refund & Exchange Policy

I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations - once I hand off an order to the post office, it is out of my hands. I do not refund orders that go missing as I did my part and it is not my mistake.

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package if there are any issues.

The Artist (RonnieSzo Art) does not transfer the ownership of a design protected by copyright with the purchase of an item.  The design cannot be reproduced for any reason.  Violation of the copyright policy will result in legal action.

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
