Shipping policy
RonnieSzo.Art is currently only shipping within Canada. Shipping to the USA will resume once more information is known about tariffs and how your packages will be affected. Thank you for your understanding!
Untracked Lettermail Shipping within Canada:
If you select Untracked Lettermail as your method of shipping, please understand that RonnieSzo Art cannot guarantee nor track your package delivery. RonnieSzo Art is not responsible for and will not replace any missing Untracked Lettermail orders, as we have no way of locating the package once it has been shipped out.
Please understand that this shipping option is provided as a courtesy to our customers (to make shipping more affordable). Once the package has been shipped, the responsibility of the package rests with the customer. Thank you for your understanding!
Customs, & Import Charges
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. RonnieSzo Art is not responsible for delays due to customs.
When will my order be shipped?
Processing times are separate from shipping times. Please allow 2-14 business days for your order to be processed for shipping (excluding weekends and holidays). RonnieSzo.Art is a small shop run by one person and one set of hands - and many products are handmade. Know that each order is made and packaged with love and care! Once packaged, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which may include a tracking number* that can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
*Note - if you choose Lettermail shipping within Canada, your order will NOT be tracked, and as such, I will not be able to track the location of your package. Please consider tracked shipping if you need your package at a certain time, or are worried about your order getting lost or stolen.
Delays due to due to weather, postal service strikes, or world events
RonnieSzo.Art appreciates your understanding if there are unavoidable delays due to weather, postal service strikes, or world events. You will be notified if there will be a possible delay in getting your order.
Correct shipping address
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed.
In some cases, I may be able to change the address manually if I am notified within 24 hours of placing the order. This is not guaranteed!
If it gets returned to me, I will have to ask that you repay for the shipping cost as I am a small shop and cannot afford to eat shipping costs :( Otherwise, you will be refunded the order amount minus the shipping cost. Thank you for your understanding!
What if my package goes missing?
If a package is lost in the mail, it is the customers responsibility to contact their post office. If a package is lost or stolen, you must file a report with your local post office before contacting us and send proof of the report. Replacement of stolen or lost packages is judged on a case-to-case basis. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders, as once an order has been shipped, it is out of my hands.
If you are worried about your un-tracked lettermail becoming delayed, lost or stolen, tracked shipping is strongly encouraged.
What if my order arrives damaged?
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at info.ronnieszoart@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a happy solution :)
